Job Description

Job Title: Virtual Assistant

Work Hours: M-F; 9:00 AM-6:00 PM Bangkok Time (GMT+7)

Salary Range: Based on experience

Overview of the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Virtual Assistant to support our team with various administrative, human resources, and financial tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities:

General Administration:

  • Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members.
  • Handle email correspondence, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
  • Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Assist with project coordination and tracking progress on assigned tasks.
  • Arrange Itinerary and Hotel Booking.
  • Implement and maintain efficient office procedures and filing systems.

HR Support:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.
  • Support onboarding processes for new hires, including preparing documentation and orientation schedules.
  • Help with employee engagement initiatives and communications.

Finance:

  • Assist with invoicing, payment processing, and tracking financial transactions.

  • Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports as needed.

  • Help manage budgets and monitor expenses to ensure budget adherence.

  • Provide support with bookkeeping tasks and financial reconciliations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in business administration, human resources, or finance are a plus.
  • At least 4 years of experience in administrative, HR, and finance roles or as a virtual assistant.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a positive attitude toward challenges.
  • Discretion and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
