This position reports to and works closely with the Butter Department Head. This position helps communicate the why of the butter procedures to process techs to ensure the highest level of quality. It is expected that the process tech IV will continuously give ongoing improvement directions to the Butter Department Head to maintain and improve on the safety and quality of the butter department. This position works closely with the Butter Department Head and assists in training and supporting the buttermaking staff.
