Corporate Recruiter, Part-time, Remote (During business hours)

The Center for Wound Healing & Hyperbaric Medicine (CFWH) provides management and consulting services to healthcare providers in the area of wound care and hyperbaric medicine. By focusing on the needs of the patients as well as the partners we serve, The Center for Wound Healing & Hyperbaric Medicine is able to bring advanced wound healing strategies to many communities around the country.

Job Overview at Center for Wound Healing & Hyperbaric Medicine LLC:

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the Corporate Recruiter Part-time is responsible for the execution of recruiting, credentialing and onboarding efforts, as well as provide support with various human resource related projects, as required.

The schedule for this position will be flexible and hours are not guaranteed (may vary from week to week based on workload). This is a remote position.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Lead the recruiting process, including but not limited to, sourcing candidates, screening candidates, setting up interviews, assessments (Aptitude/Ability, Word/Excel), reference checking and hiring recommendations.
  • Assist with credentialing process to ensure hospital clearance by employee’s first day.
  • Support HR with the Onboarding Checklist to prepare Program Director and New Employee for an exceptional onboarding.
  • Overall HRIS proficiency to process employee requests, maintain personnel records and all other functions of system.
  • Process employee Status Changes and Terminations.
  • Support HR on creation of job offers; execute background checks and drug screen requests upon acceptance.
  • Complete new employee orientations as requested and process paperwork as appropriate.
  • Support new clinic openings as required (on site interviews, extended onboarding, training, etc.).
  • Support HR Manager with record keeping (training certifications, clinical certifications, vaccinations, employee handbook, annual competencies, etc.).
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications for This Role Include:

  • Bachelor degree in human resources or related field, preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist.
  • 3+ years of extensive, hands-on recruiting experience (in healthcare industry highly preferred).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity and trustworthiness.
  • Self-motivated and ability to work independently.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Positive background check, negative drug screen, and hospital credentials (as needed) required.

Travel:

  • This position may require light ground and/or air travel.

Physical Demands:

  • The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by a Corporate Recruiter Part-time to successfully perform the essential competencies, duties, and requirements of this position. These include standing, walking, driving, lifting up to 50 pounds and sitting for extended periods of time. In addition, pushing, pulling, stooping, squatting and shifting heavy objects, as well as air travel, may be required. Employees should ask for assistance if needed.
