We are looking for a Data Collection and Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team. This position is onsite in Kirkland, WA.
Job Description:
Qualitest is looking for Logistics and Data Collection Associates to support Ground Truth Data Collection initiatives and contribute to the development of AI enabled products and services. The focus of ground truth data collection is to capture various types of data relating to humans, speech and environments to enable quality Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning algorithms. Associates will be responsible for calling participants in our participant database for outreach, scheduling participants for our user studies, performing data collection directly with participants while utilizing sophisticated equipment in an office environment. The ideal candidate has the perfect blend of customer service and technology skills.
Responsibilities:
- Participant outreach and scheduling
- Guide hired research participants for data collection sessions in a secured office environment to perform scripted data captures
- Prep and maintain assigned equipment and ensure security of proprietary devices
- Prep participants for capture including intake, compliantly collecting consent, NDAs, scripting and answering questions
- Maintain capture environment and implement lighting and staging changes if needed
- Respond swiftly to project updates and changes
- Provide feedback to operations lead on project improvements
- Perform data uploads
- Troubleshooting: Ability to mitigate issues, customer-facing or technology related
- Other tasks as assigned
- Move furniture with team for room staging
Skills and Requirements:
- Strong face to face customer service experience
- Strong communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Technologically adept and familiar with latest trends in technology; AI/ML/AR/VR
- Organized and detail oriented
- Thrives in a team environment
- Ability to manage responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using MacOS and IOS devices
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
Experience:
Must Haves:
- Experience in a related role such as customer service, data collection, or technical field
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and its components (SharePoint, Forms, Outlook, Word, Excel)
- College degree and 2+ years working in a team environment
- *Commuting is reimbursable
- We offer a pay rate of 22 USD per hour.
