Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Location: Herndon, VA - 2 days a week onsite

Salary: 85,000/year

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager with expertise in website optimization, e-commerce growth, and demand generation strategies. This role will play a key part in elevating our online brand presence, improving user experience, driving e-commerce conversions, and implementing targeted marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in website analytics, SEO, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and a proven track record in driving growth across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Website Strategy & Optimization: Develop and execute strategies to enhance website performance, improve UX/UI, and increase conversion rates, driving measurable growth in e-commerce sales.
• E-commerce Campaigns: Lead e-commerce-focused digital marketing campaigns to attract site traffic, increase customer acquisition, and drive online sales.
• Demand Generation: Create and implement demand generation campaigns to generate leads, engage prospects, and expand the sales pipeline.
• SEO & SEM: Optimize for organic search with strategic SEO initiatives, and manage SEM campaigns to attract targeted traffic and conversions.
• Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Analyze user data to identify conversion improvement opportunities and apply CRO strategies for better results.
• Content Strategy: Collaborate with content teams to produce engaging, SEO-optimized content supporting demand generation.
• Analytics & Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics to monitor site performance, track KPIs, generate insights, and guide continuous improvement.
• Budget Management: Oversee digital marketing budget allocation to maximize ROI and revenue growth.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with product, design, IT, and sales teams to ensure digital marketing initiatives align with broader business goals.
• E-commerce Platform Management: Manage e-commerce operations, focusing on a seamless customer experience from browsing through checkout.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Experience: 5+ years in digital marketing, specializing in website management, e-commerce, and demand generation.
• Skills: Expertise in website analytics, SEO, SEM, CRO, and experience with digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to generating actionable insights.
• Leadership & Project Management: Proven leadership skills and experience managing projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication: Strong communication and collaboration abilities, capable of influencing stakeholders across teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Platform Experience: Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
• Certifications: Digital marketing certifications (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience with website CMS platforms.
