CO/LAB is seeking a Digital Marketing Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing digital marketing campaigns, overseeing project timelines, and coordinating with various teams to ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, proactive, and possess strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage digital marketing campaigns from conception to launch
• Develop project plans and timelines
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, development) to ensure timely delivery of project assets
• Liaise with clients to communicate project status and obtain necessary approvals
• Track project expenses and ensure budgets are maintained
• Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate project success and identify areas for improvement
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in a management/leadership role
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including email, social media, search engine marketing, and display advertising
• Experience working with project management software (e.g. Asana, Trello, Jira)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
