Project Controller Junior Job Details

- Lead analysis of business unit payroll costs, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
- Collaborate with GTM management to develop cost center budgets and workforce plans.
- Oversee the GTM allocation and overhead capitalization process, including monthly reporting and analysis.
- Maintain and improve the GTM allocation automation tool.
- Analyze key financial metrics such as EBITDA and Distributable Cash Flow.
- Support ad-hoc inquiries and develop expertise in understanding business drivers within US Transmission.
- Utilize analytical tools like Excel, Hyperion Planning, and Essbase systems to enhance processes.
- Provide comprehensive analysis of projected results to support senior management decision-making.

Project Controller Junior Mandatory Skills

- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or equivalent.
- Minimum of seven years of directly related experience.
- Proficiency in Excel and major ERP systems; Oracle Cloud experience preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills in a collaborative environment.

Project Controller Junior Desired Skills

- CPA designation.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven capability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
