Job Description
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Apply desired finish to concrete panels as shown on approved range samples.
• Maintain consistent finish on panels over an extended period.
• Maintain equipment and perform preventive maintenance as required.
• Assist with patching of precast panels as required.
• Finish samples for approval as required.
• Perform inspections of equipment daily, to ensure it is maintained and in proper working condition.
EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: • High school or equivalent (GED) preferred.
• Bi-lingual preferred (English/Spanish)
• Experience working around sandblasting equipment.
• Experience working about acids associated with finishing concrete.
• Good oral communication skills required.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
WORKING CONDITIONS: • Indoor working conditions
• Frequently exposed to machine noise
• Frequently exposed to cement
• Sometimes exposed to dust
