Maintenance Worker
$17.00 Hour
Monday to Friday 8-5
Must speak read and write in English
Must complete Background and Drug Screening
Must have valid state of Florida Drivers License.
Experience Painting and Power washing is a plus.
Maintenance Worker - Perform general exterior maintenance of the property, perform manual work involving the grounds; transporting Vehicles to Fleet and Valvoline; performing interior custodial maintenance, Painting , power washing, lifting , moving objects up to 50Lbs. Landscaping or other projects within the assigned division; assists employees or other workers as needed.
