About Us:
FS/ Cut and Color Salon is an established and growing salon in Clarksville, TN. committed ot providing exceptional hair services in a fun and creative environment. We are currently in search of talented and passionate individuals, and we are looking for an enthusiastic Hair Stylist to join our team! 
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Experience: Ensure every client has a high-quality experience, from their initial consultation to the final service, maintaining the salon's reputation for excellence.
* Assist in daily salon operations, and ensuring cleanliness and organization of the salon.
• Ongoing Training: Participate in on going trainings , commitment to staying current on industry trends.
• Support quest services program and work with salon leaders to strive to personal goals.

Qualifications:
* Valid Cosmetology license is required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong business acumen with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving growth.
• Passion for the hair and beauty industry, staying current with trends and best practices.

Compensation:
* Salon Stylists earn up to 48% commission and with an hourly guarantee, whichever is higher.
• Plus tips, and retail commissions.
• Ongoing training and support ot ensure your personal and professional growth.
