Job Description: Overseeing and managing laboratory day to day operations Overseeing 7 direct reports Managing workload prioritization Managing employees schedules, timesheet approval, Interact/coordinate with customers directly and other management personnel Equipment oversight and validations Qualifications: 5 Years of laboratory experience Cell biology/cellular therapy experience 3 yeas of leadership/supervisor experience Bachelors degree required, masters preferred MT, MLS, CLS certification or equivalent preferred Why Actalent?
