Full-time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

We are looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our dedicated outpatient clinic. As a Therapist, you will conduct assessments, create and implement personalized treatment plans, and facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions. Your role will be essential in empowering clients to navigate their mental health journeys and achieve their personal goals. Additionally, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, provide valuable support to clients and families, and stay informed about best practices to ensure a high standard of care in a supportive setting.

Salary Range: $90,000 to $110,000

Schedule: Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities:

• Provides counseling and crisis intervention for patients, addressing emotional and behavioral issues.
• Consults with family members and support systems on treatment and discharge planning.
• Updates physicians on patient progress, needs, and concerns.
• Maintains accurate clinical records and progress reports per departmental policies.
• Collaborates with healthcare team members to develop treatment plans and discharge strategies based on psychosocial assessments.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapist from an accredited program.
• Active Washington state licensure as LMFT.
• You have 2 year or more of experience in outpatient setting.
• Knowledgeable in various empirically supported psychotherapy approaches, including cognitive-behavioral, postmodern, social-constructionism, and narrative therapy.
• Committed to exceptional client care and using client feedback for improvement.
• Open-minded and eager to learn from other professionals and the local knowledge of colleagues and families we serve.
