Job Description

This is a full time role with pnc bank. Can be remote but hybrid to Pittsburgh PA preferred. Only EST /CST caniddates. Overall years of experience: 6-8 years overall. Must have 2+ years of Pega Marketing CDH (Pega Customer Decision Hub for Marketing) Must have:

• Supporting business through creation / maintenance of rulesets, strategies, treatment, offers/actions
• Experience in any of the CDH tools: Adaptive Decision Manager, Next Best Action Advisor, OPS Manager, Event

Strategy Manager, or Visual Business Director

• Experience in CDH data integration via Connect-Rest, Connect-SOAP, Data Pages, and Data Flows
• Experience trouble shooting Pega issues with Clipboard, Tracer, Pega Log review, and or Performance Analyzer
• Experience with Pega Agents, Activities, and Job Schedulers
• Experience in Pega installations, migrations, upgrade and patching

Nice to have:

• Experience in Pega Cloud a plus
• Experience in Containerization (Kubernetes / Docker) a plus
• Leading System Architecture Certification is a plus

Position Location: Pittsburgh, PA/ Strongsville, OH/Birmingham, AL/ Dallas, TX preferred but open to remote if these candidates can't be found in those locations - only interested in candidates in EST, and CST. • Experience working with Pega PRPC (Pega Customer Decision Hub for Marketing)
• Responsible for working closely with the business to build and maintain Pega rulesets, strategies, treatments,

offers/actions.

• Experience in data integration and design (models, API and Database integration)
• Experience in working in on an Agile Team
• Ability to trouble shoot issues in the Pega environment
