Pharmacy Manager

Applicants will also be expected to:
- Must have active Pharmacist License in good standing in state of practice (WFP prefers pharmacists to be licensed in Ohio and Pennsylvania) and establish provider status to offer billable clinical services
- Must have strong clinical skills including but not limited to medication therapy management, eCare plans focusing on disease state management, proper implementation of medication synchronization, and vaccination administration.
- Use Central Fill and medication synchronization to maximize clinical opportunities and patient care
- Accept and complete leadership delegated policies and responsibilities
- Highly proficient in organization along with LMA skills (leadership, managing, and holding staff accountable)
- Must lead by example, supervising staff and overseeing all daily operations to keep pharmacy running efficiently and legally
- Daily functions include, but not limited to:
- State and Federal Requirements (valid licenses, control counts, etc)
- Workflow (Greeting customers, Data Entry, Fill Station, Dispensing, Filing)
- Promote Care-Fill adherence packaging program to all eligible patients
- Pharmacy/Equipment maintenance (computers, printers, Parata Systems, etc)
- PV1 and PV2
- MTMs, eCare Plans, Care-Sync, Vaccinations, and other Clinical Services
- Pharmacy appearance/cleanliness
- Customer Services
- Greeting customers
- Building trust and loyalty
- Provide counseling
- Addressing complaints
- Drug ordering and inventory maintenance of both pharmacy and front end
- Must be able to delegate duties to staff and ensure completion
- Company communications, including but not limited to checking email and Teams messages multiple times a day and making sure pharmacy team is aware
- Scheduling team members
- Create or maintain workflow and delegated responsibilities to technicians and front-end associates
- Be self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision
- Retail Clinical Pharmacist will report to Director of Retail Pharmacy Operations
Schedule
- Flexible schedule
- 36-40 hours per week, with weekend rotation
