Job Details: We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly-driven Personal Lines Account Manager to join our fast-paced Sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing commercial lines accounts, maintaining customer relationships, and handling property and casualty claims. This is a permanent full-time role, perfect for an individual with a strong background in account management, who thrives in a challenging, energetic, and customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage and service a portfolio of personal lines accounts, ensuring all customer needs and expectations are met. 2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing superior customer service and addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally. 3. Handle property and casualty claims, including reviewing and assessing claims, negotiating settlements, and ensuring claims are resolved efficiently and effectively. 4. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for account growth and new business development. 5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and regulations to provide accurate information and advice to clients. 6. Coordinate with other departments to deliver comprehensive service to customers, and contribute to the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, preferably in the sales industry. 2. At least 3-5 years of property and/or casualty claims handling experience. 3. Proven experience as a personal lines account manager, with a track record of successfully managing and growing commercial lines accounts. 4. In-depth knowledge of property and casualty insurance, with an understanding of industry trends, products, and regulations. 5. Exceptional customer relationship management skills, with a focus on providing superior customer service and building strong client relationships. 6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex claims and resolve issues effectively. 7. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment. 8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems. 9. Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Insurance, or a related field is preferred.
