Job Title: Property Manager
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the operations, staff, and financial performance of a 100-unit property in Moreno Valley, CA. The role focuses on improving the overall financial success of the property while providing leadership to foster excellence and growth. You will be responsible for budgeting, reporting, marketing, and leasing efforts to ensure optimal community performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Performance: Oversee and manage the profitability, financial direction, and evaluation of the property.
Team Leadership: Set performance goals and hold the team accountable for achieving them. Train staff on company policies, leasing responsibilities, and property management software (Yardi).
Vendor & Third-Party Relations: Maintain professional working relationships with third-party partners such as owners, vendors, and inspectors.
Team Collaboration: Promote a collaborative and supportive work environment among all personnel.
Marketing & Leasing: Implement marketing programs to prelease units and reduce vacancies.
Daily Property Oversight: Conduct daily inspections of the property to ensure maintenance and safety standards are met.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of property management experience (Required)
Bilingual in Spanish (Preferred)
Proficiency in Yardi property management software (Required)
Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
Open to training and learning new skills
Ability to take initiative and work independently
Strong attention to detail and sound judgment
Advanced problem-solving and critical thinking skills in all areas of property management

Job Type: Full-Time Pay Range: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
