What part would you play in this role?
Under the guidance and directives of the Provider Recruitment Manager this role will be responsible for strategic and comprehensive physician recruitment in accordance with the needs and goals of Leidos QTC Health Services. You will be sourcing and capturing qualified medical providers of all specialties for all contracted programs; negotiates fees and coordinates the execution of the provider contracts within established guidelines; This position requires keen sales ability, creativity, problem solving, and relational skills.
You will also:
Under the guidance and directives of your leader of this work unit, qualify, contract with, medical providers for medical disability and/or occupational physical examinations on a national scale across all specialties in support of Leidos QTC Health Services contracted programs to expand our provider network
Provide customer service to new providers
Represent and promote the company and it services at business functions including trade shows, job fairs via brochures, newsletters, logos, and other promotional/marketing products
Educate prospective provider candidates on the benefits of Leidos QTC Health Services and the noble value of work
Extensive proactive communication by phone and e-mail
Build and maintain candidate and contracted provider relationships through extensive proactive communication by phone and e-mail while providing a standard of customer service to newly contracted providers
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
We seek candidates w/ the following skills/competencies:
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to organize, plan, and coordinate multiple tasks and/or competing priorities with a sense of urgency and follow-through
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer service, sales, negotiation, presentation and computer skills
Strong marketing and provider recruitment experience
Ability to work and interact with educated providers of all levels by phone, e-mail and face to face
Highly organized and detailed oriented
Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple tasks
Critical thinking and problem solving skills
Ability to master both current competencies and identify process improvements
Ambition and drive for both personal growth and significant contribution to continuous organizational improvement
Proficient with PRM, Tracking Tools, MS Word, Excel and Share Point
Must be able to work a flexible work schedule to accommodate various time zones
Must have business acumen, and demonstrate forethought, creativity and agility to adapt to changing business priorities
Other Requirements (includes certificates & licenses)
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education
2-7 years of proven success in recruitment, sales and marketing preferably in the healthcare industry
Must be willing to travel up to 50% or based on critical business needs
Must be located in one of the following states:
ND, SD, NE, MN, IA, WI, IL, KS, OK, MO, AR, LA, MI, IN, KY, OH, WV, VA, PA, DC, MD, DE, NJ, RI, NY, VT, NH, MA, ME
Pay Range: Salary range will vary based on candidate's location
Level 2: (Bachelors degree + 2-4 years of relevant experience) - $67,837- $82,912 plus 7% bonus potential
Level 3: (Bachelors degree + 4-7 years of relevant experience) - $80,000- $98,500 plus 8% bonus potential
