We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Errands Assistant to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for managing a variety of tasks for our clients ensuring their personal and professional lives run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Running errands and managing tasks remotely
Organizing schedules and appointments
Handling communications and correspondence
Coordinating with vendors and service providers
Performing research and gathering information
Managing and prioritizing multiple tasks effectively
Requirements:
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong communication abilities
Proficiency with digital tools and software (e.g. calendars email project management tools)
Problemsolving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

Previous experience in a similar role
