*Job Title: RN - Psych*
*Location: Enid, OK *
*Gross Pay: $2,100 - $2,242/week*
*Duration: 13 weeks*
*Shift: Nights, 3x12 hours*
*Required: Compact RN License, CPI, BLS (AHA) and 2+ years of Psych experience *
*Description: *

• Performs body system assessment and accurately and promptly, including assessment of pain
• Assesses patient/family educational needs and expectations of hospitalizations
• Incorporates clinical indicators (labs, radiology, vital signs) in SBAR hand-off report to physician or other staff
• Assesses the biological, psychological, physical and cultural needs of patients/families
• Recognizes and provides ongoing assessment of any change in patient condition Collaboration:
• Participates with all disciplines in providing for assessed needs of assigned patients.
• Is accessible to unit at all times and Clinical Supervisor is always aware of location.
• Willing to ask for help when necessary.
• Participates in unit-based problem solving.
• Attends 75% of all staff meetings.
