Description of the role:

Premier Automotive of Atlanta LLC is looking for a Sales Representative to join our team in Buford, Georgia. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our automotive products and services to potential customers. You will play a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services
• Identify sales opportunities and generate leads through prospecting and cold calling
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored recommendations
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers
• Negotiate pricing and close sales deals
• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sales process

Requirements:

• Prior experience in sales or a related field is preferred
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Proficient in using CRM and other sales tools
• Valid driver's license

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Essential Duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

· Approaches, greets, and offers assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot.

· Assists customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.

· Explains fully product performance, application, and benefits to prospects.

· Describes all optional equipment available for customer purchase.

· Offers test drives to all prospects. Follows dealership procedure to obtain proper identification from customer prior to test drive.

· Exhibits a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction.

· Attending product and sales training courses as requested by sales manager.

· Keeps abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to customers.

· Follows up on all post-delivery items, tag/title work, “we-owes”, and special requests to be sure that all customer expectations are met.

· Attends sales meetings.

· Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis.

· Maintains professional appearance.

QUALIFICATIONS

· No prior experience or training, but Previous dealership experience is a huge plus!

· Comfortable with compensation based on commission sales.

· Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday.

· Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections & negotiating pricing.

· Must have a clean & valid driver’s license.

· Must be willing to submit to a background check to employment.
