Job Description: Security & Compliance Consultant

We are seeking an experienced professional with 5-9 years of proven expertise in security and compliance coordination. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing audits, remediation efforts, and ensuring adherence to cybersecurity principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate security audits and remediation activities.
• Manage vulnerability assessments and IT service continuity management (ITSCM).
• Set up and configure security tools (e.g., Qualys, MFA implementations, Checkmarx, Blackduck).
• Oversee penetration testing processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams (infrastructure and development) to address security vulnerabilities.
• Ensure compliance with local security policies, data deletion/reporting requirements, and security problem management.
• Provide clear communication and project management to coordinate audit activities, vulnerability remediation, and reporting.

Must-Have Skills:

• Code Security Review
• Security Assessment
• Security Incident Handling

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Secure Coding Practices (General Experience)
• Security Logging & Analytics

The ideal candidate will combine strong technical security knowledge with excellent communication and project management skills.
