Senior DevOps Engineer We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Infra CI CD Pipelines Docker Kubernetes and AWS DevOps. This role involves designing and implementing robust DevOps solutions to enhance our infrastructure and streamline our development processes. The work model is hybrid and the shift is day with no travel required. Responsibilities Design and implement scalable and efficient DevOps solutions to support our infrastructure needs. Oversee the development and maintenance of CI CD pipelines to ensure seamless integration and deployment processes. Provide expertise in Docker and Kubernetes to manage containerized applications and orchestrate services. Collaborate with development and operations teams to automate workflows and improve system reliability. Utilize AWS DevOps tools to enhance cloud infrastructure and optimize resource usage. Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure issues to ensure high availability and performance. Implement security best practices to protect our systems and data. Lead efforts to standardize and document DevOps processes and procedures. Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement. Stay updated with the latest DevOps trends and technologies to drive innovation. Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Contribute to the overall success of the company by improving operational efficiency and reducing time to market. Qualifications Possess a strong background in Infra CI CD Pipelines Docker Kubernetes and AWS DevOps. Demonstrate expertise in DevOps concepts and tools to streamline development processes. Have experience in managing containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes. Show proficiency in automating workflows and improving system reliability. Exhibit knowledge of security best practices to protect systems and data. Display the ability to mentor and guide junior team members. Have experience in documenting and standardizing DevOps processes. Stay updated with the latest DevOps trends and technologies. Understand and implement industry standards and regulatory requirements. Possess domain experience in Devices and Billing & Revenue Management is a plus. Demonstrate strong collaboration skills with development and operations teams. Show the ability to troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues. Have excellent communication skills to work effectively with stakeholders. The annual salary for this position is between $55,578 - 125,000.00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
