- *Job Title:** Fine Dining Server
- *Hourly Rate:** $18.12hr
- *Shift Dates:** Shifts will vary based on the clients needs
- *Location:** Dallas, TX and surrounding cities

in**Dallas, TX**.

- *Requirements:**
- MUST have a minimum of 1-year experience within the last 3 years in sit-down fine dining or upscale restaurant service.
- Bilingual EnglishSpanish preferred
- Extensive knowledge of fine dining etiquette and service standards
- Strong understanding of food and beverage principles, including menu knowledge and wine pairing basics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with guests on a personal level
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Must have: Pressed black or white button-down shirt, black tie and vest, black slacks, black shoes, and socks. Neatly groomed with NO facial piercings or visible tattoos.
- *Duties and Responsibilities:**
- Deliver exceptional, personalized service to assigned tables, adhering to fine dining etiquette and guest satisfaction standards.
- Confidently explain menu items and wine pairings, tailoring recommendations to guest preferences.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring prompt and seamless service.
- Anticipate and address guest needs proactively, exceeding expectations and resolving issues professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organized tableside presentation, following restaurant hygiene and aesthetic standards.
