We are on the hunt for a dynamic and innovative Social Media Manager to join our fast-paced Marketing team. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our brand strategy across various social media platforms. You will be responsible for managing our digital presence, driving brand awareness, engagement, and traffic to our digital platforms while also boosting brand influence.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our business goals.
2. Spearhead the creation, editing, and sharing of engaging content daily (e.g., original text, photos, videos, and news).
3. Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure our brand consistency across all digital platforms.
4. Monitor SEO, user engagement, and suggest content optimization.
5. Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.
6. Work closely with the marketing team to develop social promotions and campaigns.
7. Analyze social media metrics and report on the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns.
8. Manage and oversee social media content and measure the success of every social media campaign.
9. Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
10. Provide constructive feedback to enhance our brand's social presence.

Qualifications:

1. 5+ years of proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role in the Marketing industry.
2. Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing successful social media strategies.
3. Proficiency in multiple social media platforms.
4. In-depth knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
5. Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
6. Familiarity with web design and publishing.
7. Excellent multitasking skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
8. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
9. Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research.
10. Good understanding of social media KPIs.
11. A degree in Marketing or relevant field is a plus.
