The Work: Picture This:
Imagine crafting a post that gives a voice to someone whose life has been forever altered-perhaps a victim of workplace harassment or a parent whose mobility was stolen by a faulty prosthetic hip. These are sensitive topics, but your role will be to balance these heavy issues with relatable and engaging content. You'll keep our community informed with essential updates on dangerous products, from plastic cutting boards to the risks of certain medications. At Obu, we're committed to keeping people informed and safe-your posts will play an essential part.

Are We Looking for You?
If you're a creative, self-starting social media pro who can navigate complex industrys like law, we need you. As our Social Media Manager, you'll:

• Content Creation: Curate and craft engaging content calendars, write copy, select visuals, and create videos.
• Strategy Development: Plan and execute social media strategies that align with client goals and objectives.
• Engagement & Monitoring: Track trends, interact with followers, and fine-tune strategies based on performance.
• Collaboration & Reputation Management: Work with internal teams to advocate for clients and manage online feedback.
• Continuous Learning: We must stay ahead of social media trends and continually evolve our strategies to stay on the cutting edge.

What Makes You Qualified?
We're looking for a passionate and skilled social media professional with:

• Proven Experience: Prior experience managing social media, ideally in a digital marketing agency or a similar role.
• Platform Expertise: Strong understanding of platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, including boosting and promotion.
• Design Skills: A strong eye for design to create visually appealing, attention-grabbing reels and graphics, using tools like Canva and/or CapCut, to drive engagement and boost likes across platforms
• Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
• Collaboration & Time Management: A team player who can work independently and efficiently and manage multiple tasks.
• Preferred Qualifications: A degree in Psychology, Marketing, Communications, or a related field and knowledge of the legal industry.

Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $80,000, depending on your experience. Our benefits package includes:
