Job Description Summary This position supports the Technical Developmental Accounting Management and Regional Accounting teams as they gather, review and analyze financial information including final cost certifications, 8609s, annual audits and tax returns and quarterly unaudited statements. Responsibilities include assisting with financial data input and maintenance of the information contained in the database. This position requires the ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimal supervision.
Job Description Qualifications: - Complete reviews of capital contribution adjusters.
- Reviews partnership tax returns and audits.
- Reviews tax capital accounts including performing 704(b) analyses and problem resolution.
- Processes, analyzes and adjusts lower tier financial data on a quarterly basis.
- Interfaces with General Partners and their Accountants on eligible basis, tax and audit issues.
- Enter data accurately and timely into financial applications and database.
- Maintain accuracy and integrity of information that is entered into the database.
- Maintain portfolio data entry for the team.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, preferably in
- At least 3 years of accounting and tax experience required; public accounting, real estate or partnership tax preferred.
- Knowledge of real estate development terminology and financial analysis preferred. Experience with Low Income Housing Tax Credits a plus.
- 2 or more years of Technical Accountant experience within Housing Tax Credits
- Experience with Form 8609s.
- Technically involved with the review of cost certifications by taking more of a lead role with complex accounting matters within the portfolio
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate complex activities, prioritize conflicting demands, and meet deadlines.
- Must be highly motivated and be able to work independently with minimal supervision and to reliably and accurately move tasks forward.
- Demonstrated habit of accuracy and reliability.
- Ability to work under stress/pressure.
- Ability to work evening and weekend hours during peak periods.

The base salary for this role is $80,000 to $90,000, depending on level of skills and experience.
The salary range for this position is represented by the low and high end of the range for the amount to be paid for the position. Salaries paid at Enterprise will vary based on factors that may include skills, education, location, experience, and performance.
