Job Description

Title: Web Designer

Duration: Full-Time, Permanent

Client: FDA

Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, upgrade, and maintain web interfaces.
• Research and implement design paths for web interface improvements.
• Write the programming code, using FDA-approved software for website development and graphics packages to meet business requirements.
• Provide on-the-job training for the development, maintenance, and updating of Web pages.
• Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work with all levels of management and technical personnel.
• Must possess a working knowledge of browsers, editors, graphic design software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator). Experience with animation software and image optimization is desirable.

Qualifications :

BA/BS plus minimum three (3) years of specialized experience with a working knowledge of several of the following areas: English, Journalism, graphic design or related field, Web- site management, intranet site structures, and Web-related software (ex. Dreamweaver, Hypertext Markup Language (HTML), CSS, and Web2
