We are looking for a talented YouTube and Social Media SEO Expert to join our team and help enhance the visibility and performance of our clients' online presence across YouTube and various social media platforms.

**Job Description**:

As a YouTube and Social Media SEO Expert, you will be responsible for optimizing video content, social media posts, and overall online presence for organic search visibility. Your primary goal will be to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions through strategic SEO practices tailored to YouTube and other social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube, Facebook, TikTok). You will work closely with content creators, video producers, and social media managers to ensure that content is optimized for maximum visibility and performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

* **YouTube SEO**:
* Optimize video content for YouTube search rankings, including video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails.
* Conduct keyword research and trend analysis to identify relevant topics and optimize video metadata.
* Monitor YouTube analytics to track video performance and adjust SEO strategies accordingly.
* Develop and implement strategies to increase subscribers, views, and engagement on YouTube channels.
* Manage playlists, optimize video structure, and suggest new content strategies based on SEO insights.
* **Social Media SEO**:
* Optimize social media profiles, content, and posts to improve visibility across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn).
* Implement best practices for hashtag research, keyword targeting, and content optimization to increase reach and engagement.
* Stay up to date on platform algorithm changes and SEO trends for each social network.
* Analyze audience behavior and trends to help refine social media strategies.
* **Content Strategy**:
* Collaborate with content teams to develop SEO-driven strategies for video production and social media campaigns.
* Create SEO-optimized video scripts, captions, and post content to maximize organic reach and engagement.
* Provide actionable recommendations for content creators to improve SEO on video and social media content.
* **Analytics & Reporting**:
* Track SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, YouTube Analytics, SEMrush, TubeBuddy, and other social media reporting tools.
* Prepare regular reports on SEO metrics, including keyword rankings, engagement rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
* Use data to analyze trends, identify areas for improvement, and optimize ongoing campaigns.
* **Continuous Improvement**:
* Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and social media platform updates.
* Continuously test and optimize SEO strategies to improve performance.
* Provide training and guidance to team members on SEO best practices for video and social media.

**Qualifications**:

* Proven experience as a YouTube and Social Media SEO Expert or similar role in digital marketing.
* In-depth knowledge of YouTube SEO, including video optimization, keyword research, and video analytics.
* Strong understanding of social media platforms and their SEO algorithms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn).
* Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, TubeBuddy, and other social media analytics platforms.
* Solid experience with content creation, social media strategy, and digital marketing best practices.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex SEO concepts to non-experts.
* A strong eye for detail, creativity, and a passion for optimizing content for growth.
* Experience with A/B testing, tracking ROI, and data-driven decision-making.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

* Experience with video editing or working closely with video production teams.
* Knowledge of paid advertising on YouTube and social media platforms.
* Familiarity with influencer marketing and YouTube channel management.
* Certification in SEO or digital marketing is a plus.
