Job Title :- Power BI Developer Employment Type :- W2 Duration :- Long Term Visa Type :- All Visa applicable which are ready for W2 except H1B Location - Bellevue, WA ( Onsite from Day 1 ) Job Description Should have at least 8+ years of hands-on experience in Power BI and need senior candidate. Should have developed complex dashboards in Power BI. Must have worked on at least one of the databases, i.e., SQL Server or Oracle. Have been end-to-end implemented the BI & Reporting solution. Mentor team members in the area of BI and Visualization and provide guidance as necessary. Drive the development and analysis of data, reporting automation, dashboarding, and business intelligence. Understanding of the Big Data ecosystem. Knowledge of additional BI tools will be an advantage. Job Responsibilities Understand business requirements in BI context and design data models to transform raw data into meaningful insights. Create dashboards and interactive visual reports using Power BI. Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) with clear objectives and consistently monitor them. Analyze data and present data through reports that aid decision-making. Convert business requirements into technical specifications and decide timeline to accomplish. Create relationships between data and develop tabular and other multidimensional data models. Chart creation and data documentation explaining algorithms, parameters, models, and relations. Design, develop, test, and deploy Power BI scripts and perform detailed analytics. Perform DAX queries and functions in Power BI. Analyze current ETL process, define and design new systems. Data warehouse development and work with SSAS, SSIS, and SSRS. Redefine and make technical/strategic changes to enhance existing Business Intelligence systems. Create customized charts and custom calculations as per requirements. Design, develop and deploy business intelligence solutions as per needs. SQL querying for best results, use of filters and graphs for better understanding of data.
