This posting is for our Olney Elementary location at 5301 Water St., Philadelphia, PA 19120.

- Staff who prioritize safety during program time.
- Staff who maintain professionalism at all times.
What will you be doing every day?
• Maintain a presence at the main entry/exit location of the OST program.
• Operate entrance system to allow access to approved OST guardians and/or staff.
• Monitor sign-in/sign out procedures, verifying guardian identification as it pertains to OST pick up policies and procedures; call classroom leader to release appropriate student.
• Quickly respond to situations at a moment’s notice and notify the appropriate parties.
• Over time, become familiar with the overall pick up flow, patterns, and individuals in order to detect unusual situations.
• Remain vigilant to ensure a safe environment for the program.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Out of School Time (OST) Supervisor, as needed.
GROUP LEADER POSITION DAYS/HOURS:
Monday to Friday: 3:30pm-6:00pm (12.5 hours/week)
START DATE: September 3rd, 2024
PAY RATE: $18.00 per hour
GROUP LEADER QUALIFICATIONS:
• High school diploma or general education diploma
• Experience in Security field, preferred.
